# Agora Merit

> Agora Merit assesses job responsibilities and helps hiring managers, people operations teams, and HR consultants improve role design with comparable evidence and recommended rewrites.

## Product and pricing

- The initial responsibility assessment is free. It identifies possible improvements and returns a complete or incomplete status.
- If a completed role-design assessment finds no improvements, no paid single audit is required. Incomplete results are not a clean pass.
- Single complete role audits cost USD 10.99–29.99. The exact quote is returned by a completed assessment and verified again before checkout.
- Starter costs USD 39/month for 5 full audits each billing month, with no rollover. Unlimited costs USD 99/month for unlimited role audits while active. Taxes, discounts, and terms appear before checkout.
- Complete reports add supporting comparisons, recommended rewrites, and an editable final job description. The human reviews and approves the wording.

- Public agent tools do not charge cards, create subscriptions, or authorize agent payments.

## Privacy and interpretation

Submit only authorized responsibilities and omit unnecessary personal or confidential information. Anyone with the private review link can see the submitted text and assessment. Links expire after seven days; expired handoffs are removed by scheduled cleanup. Supplemental professional-risk flags are potential concerns for appropriate professional review, not legal conclusions.
